ACSL's (ANPR) Image Capture system has been designed to read vehicle licence plates by day and night, including non-reflective plates, red numerals and characters, square plates, borderless plates, etc. in the most demanding conditions. The system can handle a wide range of ANPR functions from the same intelligent camera by selecting the required software, thus providing unrivalled flexibility for the user. Applications include ANPR, Bus Lanes, Black & White Lists, Hazard Load Monitoring, Journey Time, Access Control, Parking, Time Limited Parking, Cross Hatched Junctions, Make & Model, etc. The FREE SDK allows you to tailor the system to meet your exact requirements making your system future proof. This ANPR camera does not use dark IR filters to read the number plates, so also provides a black and white overview picture at the same time. If you require a colour picture then a second camera can be added to the system.
The system can be deployed in both fixed and mobile situations with dedicated software available for police, local authority parking control, classification of vehicles for motor way companies, toll booths, wanted vehicle detection, bus lanes, etc. For ANPR OEM users, PC Based servers, DSP servers and digital software servers are available to meet the most demanding requirements in the industry.
